Stephanie is the CEO of Anytime Pediatrics. With over thirty years of experience spanning roles in health insurance, healthtech, and fintech, Stephanie brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to her position. She is known for her strategic leadership, innovative product development, and effective growth strategies that have contributed to the success of the companies she has led.

Throughout her career, Stephanie has held executive positions where she has focused on areas such as product development, operating efficiency, automation, customer experience, and data management. Her ability to identify, define, and execute transformative strategic initiatives has played a significant role in shaping the future of the companies she has worked for.

Stephanie’s commitment to excellence extends beyond her role as a CEO. She is also an adjunct professor at NYU Wagner, where she shares her extensive knowledge and experience with aspiring professionals. This dedication to education and mentorship highlights her passion for nurturing the next generation of leaders.

Stephanie’s educational background further reinforces her expertise in the business realm. She holds a doctorate in Business Administration from Trevecca Nazarene University, a Master’s in Management Leadership from Western Governors University, and a bachelor’s in Business Administration from the prestigious University of Delaware.

Outside of her professional endeavors, Stephanie’s commitment to empowering young women is evident through her involvement as a Lifetime Girl Scout. As a mentor, she assists and supports young women in reaching their full potential, making a positive impact on their lives.

Josh, as the CFO of Anytime Pediatrics, oversees all financial operations with precision, from reporting to managing revenue cycles. With a diverse background in sectors like SaaS, consumer packaged goods, and biotech, he’s well-versed in the dynamics of venture-backed startups. Josh’s expertise extends from the investment industry, where he played a crucial role in managing public equity mutual funds. Educated at Brown University with a BA in political science and an MBA from the University of Virginia Darden School of Business, he holds the prestigious CFA charter, bringing invaluable knowledge and strategic insight to his role.

Dr. Feaster has enjoyed a long and successful career as a clinician specializing in pediatric critical care and anesthesia; as a medical executive for practices, hospitals, and health systems; and as an IT executive. His career included 10+ years on the faculty of Stanford University School of Medicine as a Clinical Professor and most recently served for 10+ years at Children’s Hospital Orange County (CHOC) as their Vice President and Chief Heath Information Officer. At CHOC, in addition to providing support for CHOC’s EMR and clinical applications, Dr. Feaster established a successful analytics program, developed, and implemented a population health platform, and led the development of data science at CHOC. CHOC’s data science program has received national accolades through publishing 30+ scientific data science articles in peer-reviewed journals in the past four years and for implementing several predictive analytic tools into clinical practice. During Dr. Feaster’s tenure at CHOC, CHOC was awarded the distinction of HIMSS Analytics EMR Stage 7 certification on three occasions and received two prestigious HIMSS Davies Awards for the EMR’s support of quality and patient safety. After a successful transition of the CHIO position to a skilled replacement, Dr. Feaster left full-time employment at CHOC to pursue a career in consulting, focusing on innovation and the application of artificial intelligence to medical care.

Dr. Feaster received a bachelor’s degree in biology from UC San Diego, an MD Degree from the University of Rochester School of Medicine and Dentistry, a master’s degree in Business Administrations from St. Mary’s College and most recently a master’s degree in jurisprudence in health law from Loyola School of Law in Chicago. Dr. Feaster is certified in Pediatrics, Anesthesia and Clinical Informatics. He is a Certified Healthcare CIO and Certified Digital Health Executive from CHIME and was recently awarded Fellow status.

As the Chief Technology Officer at Anytime Pediatrics in Nashville, Teddy leverages over 15 years of software engineering expertise and strategic leadership. He specializes in orchestrating software solutions across platforms like cloud computing and mobile development. Throughout his career, Teddy has driven transformative changes in technology architecture, reducing operational costs and ensuring smooth transitions during critical acquisitions. Holding a BBA in Enterprise Information Systems from the University of North Alabama, accredited by ABET, Teddy’s commitment to innovation continues to shape his journey as a technology leader at Anytime Pediatrics.

Charlie Cressman brings extensive expertise in healthcare marketing, sales, and operations to our team. Co-founding Revenue Advantage, Inc. in 2004, he led the company’s innovative interactive voice and text messaging services until its acquisition by RevSpring Inc. in 2015. Continuing as a general manager at RevSpring, Charlie later transitioned into real estate management and small-scale private equity ventures.

Eileen brings over 10 years of customer service experience in various healthcare roles to her position as Director of Client Services at Anytime Pediatrics. Joining the team in 2020, she initially served in tech support, swiftly rising through the ranks due to her dedication and expertise. Since then, Eileen has taken on numerous responsibilities, from conducting training sessions to crafting informative newsletters and hosting engaging webinars. Her proudest accomplishment is spearheading the development of the Anytime Help Site, a vital resource for customers and their patients.

Rebecca is a customer success & operations leader with 15+ years of experience building customer-centric support organizations.

Rebecca graduated from the College of Charleston, where she obtained a BS in Business Administration. She also completed an additional concentration in Hospitality & Tourism.

Most recently, Rebecca served as Vice President of Client Services for an e-commerce platform where she managed all teams working to support 8+ products, custom solution development, relationship management, and overall customer retention. Prior positions include Senior Director of Client Services, Customer Success, and Consulting for healthcare and e-commerce businesses, both in the public and private sectors.

Emily Smith is the Director of Nursing Operations at Anytime Pediatrics, bringing over 13 years of combined nursing experience in the emergency department and remote pediatric telephone triage. Graduating with a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Anderson University, Emily‘s career has been defined by a dedication to both patient care and education. In 2019, she co-founded an after-nurse triage company with Cayce Branyon, a venture that eventually merged with Anytime Pediatrics.
