Are the Administrators in your practice unable to view patients in your waiting room?

If so, that means that Front Desk Mode is not enabled. Front Desk mode will need to be enabled for the Admins in your office to have the ability to view and route patients directly to the Clinician.

You can adjust Front Desk mode within your user settings as well as within your practice settings. All Admin and Clinician Super Users on the platform have access to enable or disable Front Desk Mode.
